Today: a new teacher's workshop, and after, lunch at the island, where we had Indian tacos. We were lucky enough to see the buffalo herd and talk about working with native students. I feel deep gratitude for this work.
Three good things: piano lessons + horseback lessons (+ the gentle instructors behind them); my husband joining our delighted children in Minecraft; staying up late with a dear friend who, just after midnight, won her run for city council.
Three good things: we had our golden wedding anniversary today, I got to unearth a great many memories in my parents' basement, that chocolate on the celebration cake was amazing.
